Courtroom Trials
From opening statements to closing arguments, we configure and support A/V systems for the duration of your trial. Our technicians understand courtroom environments, work quietly and efficiently, and are available for support throughout.
Arbitrations and Business Court Trials
Hotel and conference spaces present their own technical challenges. We assess the room, recommend the right setup, and ensure all parties — in person and remote — can see and hear everything clearly.
Hybrid & Remote Proceedings
We configure and support proceedings where some participants are in the room and others are participating remotely. Cameras, microphones, speakers and display screens are set up and tested to ensure a seamless experience on both ends.

Before a single cable is run, we map out the room. Working from the venue's schematic, our team designs a table and A/V configuration tailored to your specific proceeding. Equipment placement, sightlines, display positioning, and table dimensions all accounted for in advance.
When options exist, we present them. You choose what works best for your team.

Delivery & Installation
Our technicians deliver, install, and thoroughly test all equipment on-site with ample time before your proceeding begins. Setup is clean, organized, and ready before your team walks in.
Strike & Teardown
When your proceeding concludes, we handle full teardown and removal. You won't be left managing gear at the end of a long trial day.
On-Call Technical Support
Our technicians are available for last-minute additions, technical issues or changes in format. We're reachable and responsive when it matters most.
